Remember, Expressway diversion, dumping DCs, ditching beach corridor, linking 12 flyovers to metro, removing Iconic Bridge, diversion of GVMC funds, no budget, no function on Zone starting day, not mentioning Vizag name in airport inauguration, etc... all point to one reason and one solution.

Cyclone Arnab: Andhra Pradesh Government Sanctions ₹27 Crore for Emergency Relief in 20 Districts
N Chandrababu Naidu government has authorised ₹2 crore each for seven districts and ₹1 crore each for 13 districts ahead of the cyclone.
District Collectors have been directed to prioritise evacuation, relief camps, food, drinking water, medical assistance and urgent road repairs.
Government schools and colleges can be used as temporary shelters, while APSRTC buses will be deployed for evacuation.
