This is HUGE!! In an Unprecedented Move the Calgary Police Association has backed @SonyaSharpYYC for Mayor and our entire Team of @commfirstyyc Candidates. Why? Because They know we are Serious about Cracking Down on Crime and Social Disorder instead of just paying Lip Service

Major take-aways from the election: 🔵 The Conservative Party of Canada had its best night ever. 7.9 million Canadians marked CPC on their ballot, representing 41.6% of the vote. ❌ Pierre Poilievre lost his own seat, in part because of a ridiculous sabotage campaign called the Longest Ballot initiative that made our democracy look like a complete and utter joke. 📊 CPC will gain 24 net new seats, LPC up 11, NDP down 19, Bloc down 11 (subject to change) 🟠 Jagmeet Singh lost his seat. He will go down in history as one of the biggest losers in Canadian politics. He stepped down as NDP leader. 🟣 Maxime Bernier lost his own seat, again. And the small but significant PPC vote in places like Brampton potentially handed Mark Carney his victory. 🔴 Doug Ford has been outed as the Liberal he is. He and his cronies interfered in this election on behalf of the Carney Liberals, and planted stories in the leftist press to try to deflate Poilievre. 👉Poilievre performed better in Ontario than Ford did provincially – Ford won in Feb. with 42.9% of the vote, last night Poilievre got 44.5% of the vote in Ontario. 🚨 Mark Carney thinks he won the election. In reality, the corporate press and the CBC used every last dirty trick in the book and barely pushed him across the finish line. 🤡 Legacy media pollsters were dead WRONG 🇨🇦 Canadians are waking up, ~8 million voted to take back our future. We live on to fight another day.

Same person 1 year apart. April 2024: Paying the carbon tax puts more money in your pocket! April 2025: Eliminating the carbon tax puts more money in your pocket! It's Schrödinger's Tax!
Our policies are already hard at work! Gas prices are already coming down, and we're putting more money back in Canadians' pockets. Canadian families can trust that a #Liberal government will make life more affordable and bring down the cost of living, starting at the pump ⛽️

ICYMI: It should have been the best phone call of Megan Crawley’s life. After searching for a living liver donor for her daughter, she learned her aunt was a match. The news should have been cause for celebration, but it felt like a punch to the gut. ckom.com/2024/04/11/not-read…

One year after Biden vetoed KXL, U.S demand for oil has increased. They are still importing Russian oil. Alberta has the third largest oil reserves in the world & is a reliable & responsible energy producing neighbour to the U.S. This is a sobering moment for U.S energy policy.
"President Biden is now importing over 800,000 bpd of conflict oil, filling the treasuries of Vladimir Putin's Russia, that is fuelling this military aggression against Ukraine. This is unacceptable," Premier Jason Kenney said yesterday. edmonton.ctvnews.ca/kenney-d…

The government using taxpayer money to stop citizens from using their own money is exactly why you protest the government.

So much for promising to unite the country, eh Justin? Meet Steven Guilbeault, radical anti-pipeline activist, and, unbelievably, Trudeau's new Minister of the Environment (and Climate Change). Canadians have every right to be concerned.
