Happy to share our latest paper in @MolecularCell!
Here, we determined the cryo-EM structure of endogenous TORC2 to up to ~2.2Å resolution.
Combined with structure predictions and in vivo experiments, we reveal how signaling lipids regulate TORC2 activity.
Happy to share our latest work, now on BioRxiv!
Here, we determined the cryo-EM structure of the yeast SEAC (GATOR)-EGOC (Ragulator-Rag) supercomplex, providing new insights into the function of this amino acid-sensing hub.
